Saffron Risotto is a favourite dish of many people. It is an Italian dish and it has been passed down through generations. There are many ways to make this dish, but the most popular one is the one that was made by my mother. . She used to make this dish for my husband and me. It was delicious but most of all, it was the only way I could eat risotto without getting sores or eating the rice even if we were fastidious people.

When I was a child, our house had an antique kitchen where there were several pots of milk that we would use every day. I would spend hours polishing the top pot clean after every feeding. Risotto is a very simple dish and although it may take some time to cook, you can make it in less than 30 minutes. It also tastes better as this is not cooked with a lot of oil or butter. The rice needs to be moist, which means that you do not have to cook it for a long period.

It’s a plus that you don’t have to drain the rice before making risotto. You can make the risotto quickly and enjoy it in about 15 minutes after cooking the rice. I like to make this dish with brown basmati rice and chicken broth or goat and rice.

This risotto requires 5 cups of water per cup of rice. Soak the brown basmati rice in plenty of water before draining it. By soaking the rice overnight and then draining the excess water in the morning, you can cook food faster.

Never overcook your rice. Rice needs to be cooked for a certain amount of time so that it doesn’t have too much starch and excess water which will result in the rice becoming mushy or sticky when you add some flavour. If you overcook your rice, it will have a hard outer layer which means that you end up with mushy, sticky rice. Storing your price if you want to store your cooked rice, you can either wrap it in a towel and put it in the fridge for about 5 to 6 hours or even overnight if you are short on time.

All that matters is that the rice should not get too cold before serving. For best results, keep rice in its original rice box or a rice bag. How to Make Saffron Risotto in Just 20 Minutes

1. First you need to peel the sesame seeds.

2. Then you have to toast them in a dry pan for about 15 minutes until they turn into golden brown colour and smell delicious.

3. After that, you can either put the sesame seeds in a bowl and add boiling water to them or pour it into an electric blender (if you have one).

4. After blending all the ingredients, mix it well until it becomes smooth and creamy consistency like creamy risotto sauce or mayonnaise or any other creamy dish will look like this after blending with eggs, milk, cream etc.

5. Finally, add some chopped onions and sautee them till they turn soft and then add some chopped garlic cloves as well as freshly ground black pepper powder or cayenne pepper powder. Add in some chopped tomatoes and let them simmer for a few minutes. Now add in medium tomatoes and let them simmer on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame. Do not crowd the pan or else the sauce will burn.

Once the gravy is thick enough, add in a little bit of water to make sure that it doesn\’t get too dry. Serve the dal with rotis, naan or rice.

1.5 kg boneless chicken

2 medium-sized onions

2 green chillies

4 garlic cloves

4 green cardamom pods

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder salt to taste while the onion is wet, wash them and then peel them. Chop the onions and fry till they start turning brown, remove them from the hot oil and set them aside.

Chop the garlic, green chillies and cardamoms. Wash the chicken again and then put it in a pot with water. Add salt to it. Let it cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat, this will bring out its best flavour and texture.

For the gravy To make the gravy, add 1 tablespoon of oil in a small pan, and saute sliced garlic for about 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown.

Add onions, ginger, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute for a minute or two and then add the drained dal with its water to this pan. Stir well to combine all oil with vegetables. Add 1/2 cup water, cover the lid and place it in a low oven till the mixture gets cooked thoroughly on medium heat (about 20 minutes). Then transfer it into a large pot and place it on low heat. Serve with the dal in one bowl and fresh Pappas or rotis in another.
